Gurunathar’s Divine Message Moolam Pooja 23-08-2007
There are a couple of questions I would like to answer. Firstly, the doubt is if there are any rules to be followed for ‘Nama smaranam’. Or repeating the name of God and if there is some specific time when it should be done. There are no regulations regarding ‘Nama smaranam’. It can be done always and at any time in whatever work you happen to be engaged in doing.Secondly, is it compulsory to purify our body and mind before going to pray to God? Generally it is beneficial to cleanse ourselves before going to a temple or prayer room. But it is not mandatory. It is important that whatever the situation we find ourselves in; we must surrender ourselves to God. When we prostrate before him thinking of Him as Mother or Father, He will cleanse us. Though it is a typical quality of a Mother to clean her child, we should not forget that God is far greater than any mother.{Translation of Gurunathar’s Divine message given to and read by Guruji Shri.K.V.Narayanan}Gurunathar’s Divine Message – Moolam Pooja ~ 23-08-2007There are a couple of questions I would like to answer.
